Introducing my H-Project!!!

Objective:

• It is part of my big 2011 project..Involves ~13% from total cost of the mega project..

Estimated Cost:

• Not more than 2k..if over, i'll need to find another source of supply..which offers better rate..should be difficult :-(

Cost Savings:

• As to date, only 9% saved from initial cost..need more savings..still looking for other opportunities..chaiyok!!

Next Plan:

• Month #1
- preparing the stuffs and items related (38% done);

• Month #2
- officially start the H-Project..start with small activities..cut & paste (targetted to be completed at least 50%);

• Month #3
- looking for best offer for the other 2 pending items..hope for 70% completion of the H-project;

• Month #4
- touch up my cut-n-paste activity;

• Month #5
- final review on the H-Project before launching;

• Month #6
- officially lauch my H-Project!! Yeehaaa..
